Free Trial plan
You can try it out right away by simply registering some basic information. There is no difference in functionality between the trial version and the Pro version, so you can try out all the features, and the free period is 30 days, which is plenty of time, so you can use it with confidence.
*About capacity
The upper limit usage capacity is 1GB.
The maximum capacity for each file is 1MB for images and 10MB for videos.
Pro plan
After Free Trial plan ends, you can continue using the paid Pro plan. The Pro plan is available in two plans, 180 days and 365 days, depending on your wishes, and all images and videos saved in the trial version will be carried over, and a maximum storage capacity will be given for each period.
Don't worry, the Pro plan includes Introduction Support from EX Kansei specialist consultants who will help you with any questions you may have regarding usage.
*About capacity
The maximum usage capacity is 10GB for a 6-month license and 20GB for a 1-year license.
The maximum capacity for each file is 20MB for each image/video.
*About the number of users
Accommodates up to 5 people. Discounts will be applied when adding more people.
The discount rate is 5% for the 6-month plan and 10% for the 1-year plan.
Additional capacity pack
If you use up all the capacity while using the Pro plan, you can continue using it by purchasing a capacity addition pack that adds 10GB of used capacity.
Once purchased, you can use it for an unlimited period of time until you cancel your plan, so you can use it with confidence even during busy or slow seasons.
*About capacity
Performing all analyzes of Explainable KANSEI on a 1MB (1 million pixel) image uses approximately 10MB. 10GB is equivalent to 1000 times when performing all analyzes on 1MB (1 million pixels) images.

Frequently asked questions about price list
Q. I want to add the number of users
A. The Pro plan can be used by up to 5 people. You can add more people in groups of 5, and discounts will be applied depending on the period. Discounts will be applied to plans for additional people. (Example: If you apply 5 additional people to the 365-day plan, it will be 950,000 yen + 855,000 yen (10% discount applied) = 1,805,000 yen)
Q. Is it possible to cancel and get a refund?
It is possible to cancel the plan you have purchased, but please note that we cannot accept any refunds.
Q. Is the storage included in the plan?
A. The capacity you use is not the storage capacity, but the total capacity used for analysis performed on the cloud.
For example, for a 1MB (approximately 1 million pixels) image, performing all Explainable KANSEI analysis will use approximately 10MB of space.
Capacity can be used more efficiently if you perform only some necessary analyses, rather than all analyses.
Q. What happens to the remaining capacity when the plan ends?
A. After using the Pro plan, the remaining capacity can be carried over if you continue purchasing the plan. If you cancel your usage, the remaining capacity will be saved for a maximum of 180 days, and after that period, the remaining capacity will be deleted and only the basic capacity will be provided the next time you purchase it again.
Q. How can I subscribe to the Pro plan?
A. If you would like to implement the Pro plan, please apply for Free Trial and Contact from the "Paid Consultation" on the EX Kansei app.

Q. Are payments monthly?
A. Payment will be made in advance at the time of signing the contract. Please note that we cannot accept monthly payments.
